The tummy - It can be one of the most problematic areas of a person's body when it comes to losing fat, and it seems everyone is concerned with acquiring a flat stomach.
Sadly many people think they can eat whatever they like and lose belly fat by working out to burn off the excess calories. Some even think that performing 100s of crunches every day will give you a flat tummy, that's maybe the biggest myth around.

Now you might have heard it previously but let me tell you why drinking water aids you to burn fat.
Fluids keep your liver doing what it should be doing. Your liver is a fat burning organ that's what it does, but when your kidneys are taxed from not drinking sufficient water or when you are chronically dehydrated your liver has to take over some of the responsibilities of the kidneys and once that happens, guess what, your fat burning shuts down. The best way to keep that from happening is to drink more water, 8-10 glasses a day.
